It takes a unique person to do such a job. Most people, after a day of calling, might say that's enough for me. But not John. He wants to know when I'm bringing him another list from another state so that he can start to tackle it. The key is that John really loves people. He is truly interested in people and cares about them and it shows.
I was talking to a friend who had a successful business for many years as a retailer. He said that in his opinion "every business needs a personality". I think he's right. And as far as I'm concerned I love the personality that John puts forward for my business. He is friendly, accessible and truly interested in the success of each store.
So what do you think? Should I make John "employee for the month". He's got my vote!
